The Syrian Kuwaiti Holding Company announced the signing of the first phase building contract in Damascus on Thursday 17 January 2019, in the presence of the Chairman of the Board Mr. Mahmoud Al Nouri,The contract was signed for eight buildings consisting of two basement and eight floors. It is worth mentioning that the excavation of the first phase of the project has been completed. The drilling completed 90,000 cubic meters with a record period of only two months. The booking and sale process started on 08/10/2018, Customers have expressed confidence in the Park Residence project, which is being developed by the Syrian-Kuwaiti company
